It's very nice, safe and socially friendly. Historic Memphis feeling and clean environment for middle aged people. 5 stars 🌟

Thos newly renovated community is fantastic! The updates are modern, clean, and truly elevate the entire property. The refreshed amenities, improved interiors, and well-kept grounds make it a welcoming place to live. Management clearly put care into every detail. A great choice for anyone looking for a fresh, updated home!

Warm & Welcoming Greeting from the new Welcoming soon as I called the property by the new Manager. Explain every detail about the apartment building. Was extremely patient and kind in answering all my concerns. I explained how I liked the area & wanted something different from what I was use to. I have never lived in a high rise with everything conviently in the same building. I am looking forward to going to tour everything in person. Soon as the weather clears up. Thank you so very much Management Ma'am for making my first experience with this company wonderful. I look forward to becoming a Tenant. Be Blessed! Keep up the great work!
